The PANAMAX ™ Plasma ccfDNA Extraction Kit is used for automated purification of ccfDNA nucleic acid from human plasma samples. It uses a well-established technology of silica dioxide-coated magnetic beads for the purification of ccfDNA from small volumes or sample sizes. The procedure comprises steps (lysing, binding, washing and eluting) and is carried out using the selective binding properties of a silica dioxide coated magnetic bead.
