The kit uses real-time PCR technology for the detection and amplification of DNA regions belonging exclusively to cattle. The kit is a polymerase chain reaction method, combined with TaqMan probes, the kit can detect 0.1% of bovine-derived components. The kit is compatible with the Bioer® Gene Pure Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System and the Bioer® Quant Gene Series Real-Time PCR Detection System or similar series instruments from other companies.
