The Version 3 kit includes a larger amount of enzyme in the master mix to accommodate our growing number of multiplexed presence/absence assays. The qPCR Master Kit v3 is used in combination with PathoSEEK® presence/absence assays and FemINIDCAtor® detection assays to utilize a new qPCR-based assay that is uncontaminated and provides an internal plant DNA control for each reaction. It is a simple two-step protocol, flexible and compatible with automation.
