PANAMutyper ™ ROS1 Screening Kit is the qualitative diagnostic test kit that can detect 20 different ROS1 fusion genes from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, fresh tissue and biopsy tissue from non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients using peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probes in a real-time PCR system. The PANAMutyper ™ ROS1 screening kit is designed as an aid in the detection of ROS1 fusion positive NSCLC patients who would be sensitive to receive ROS1 inhibitor therapy such as crizotinib, Lorlatinib, etc.
