Selective adsorption of viral DNA is performed using special polymer membrane materials, and washed and eluted to obtain high quality DNA. The purified nucleic acid can be used in a wide range of molecular biology applications, such as PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, mutant and SNP analysis.
