The kit provides a simple, fast and effective method for the purification of DNA fragments from enzymatic or PCR reactions. DNA fragments ranging from 60 bp to 10 kb can be purified. The yield of DNA less than 100 bp in size is 23-95%, while the yield of DNA from 0.1 kb to 10 kb in size is 90-97%. The purified DNA can be used directly for a variety of downstream molecular experiments, such as cloning, sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, real-time PCR/PCR, among others.
