The FemINDICAtor® starter kit provides the reagents necessary to run the FemINDICAtor® plant gender detection assay.
The AHP starter kit includes all the reagents a testing laboratory needs to test cannabis samples for the microbial targets recommended by the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia.
The California starter kit includes all the reagents a testing laboratory needs to test cannabis samples for the microbial targets required by regulators in Alaska and California.
The USP starter kit includes all the reagents a testing laboratory needs to test cannabis samples for the microbial targets recommended by the U.S. Pharmacopeia. Some states reference the IP, but include additional targets or omit one of the following, but we determined this list to be the most complete IP reference.
PathoSEEK® screening tests for early plant health are used to detect the presence of fungi and some mites on the cannabis plant.
This set of assays is a quantitative or real-time PCR (qPCR) test. PathoSEEK® qPCR detection assays are more robust and contain an internal control from plant markers, allowing quality control of the collection, storage, nucleic acid purification and qPCR detection steps.

Real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR or RT-qPCR) is a powerful tool for the analysis of gene expression and detection of viruses whose genetic material is ribonucleotidic in nature. Brilliant II QRT-PCR, AffinityScript Two-Step Master Mix provides an optimized system for one-step QRT-PCR applications. A two-step RT-PCR format is useful for amplifying multiple targets from a single cDNA source.
PathoSEEK® Cannabis Virus Multiplex Detection Assay A is a quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-qPCR) assay that detects the presence of latent hops viroid, lettuce chlorosis virus and cannabis cryptic virus. These are three viruses commonly found in cannabis and hemp that can affect yield.
The MasterMix V2 qPCR kit is used in combination with PathoSEEK® and/or FemINIDCAtor® detection panels. To use a new qPCR-based assay that is uncontaminated and provides an internal plant DNA control for each reaction. It is a simple two-step protocol, flexible and compatible with automation and multiple real-time detection platforms. Our qPCR kit includes the following items:

The NEW qPCR Master Kit version 3 has been optimized to work with the new 5-color Aspergillus assays. It is compatible with all our other presence/absence tests in the PathoSEEK® menu. The Version 3 kit should NOT be used with our total count tests.
