The 100 bp AccuBand ™ DNA Marker II is composed of 6 individual DNA fragments, which have sharp bands of 2k, 1k, 750, 500, 250 and 100 bp respectively. This product contains 1 enhanced band (750 bp) for easy band identification. The AccuBand ™ 100 bp DNA Marker II is ready to use and contains loading buffer with two-color tracking dyes (orange and cyan). To improve the faint visibility of low molecular weight bands that frequently occur in the use of conventional DNA markers, the AccuBand ™ 100 bp DNA Marker II provides a sufficient amount of DNA for 250 and 100 bp fragments, ensuring clear observation of all DNA bands ranging from 100 bp to 2k bp, either on agarose gel or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
