2X qPCR Master Mix (SYBR, not ROX) – TQ1100

The ExcelTaq™ 2X qPCR Master Mix (SYBR, not ROX) is a ready-to-use reagent with all essential components for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) except primers and sample DNA. The master mix is characterized by high sensitivity and signal intensity, as well as low signal noise and improved compatibility with cDNA derived directly from reverse transcription reactions. The ExcelTaq™ 2X qPCR Master Mix (SYBR, not ROX) contains hot-start Taq DNA polymerase in an optimized buffer with the dsDNA-specific SYBR GREEN intercalating fluorophore. This master mix allows sensitive and accurate amplification, real-time monitoring of the amplification process and simultaneous quantification of target DNA molecules. The addition of the inert blue contrast dye to the master mix substantially reduces pipetting errors as it is easily observable with the naked eye, ensuring reproducibility of the processes. The ExcelTaq™ 2X qPCR MM Master Mix is also compatible with ROX reference dye (Cat. No. CF1000) if recommended by the qPCR platform manufacturer.
