The EZ-10 Spin Column Kits provide a simple and
\nefficient method for purification of plasmid DNA,
\nextraction of DNA from agarose gels, and
\npurification of DNA from enzymatic reactions such as
\nas PCR or restriction enzyme digestions.<\/p>\n
The DNA is selectively adsorbed in silica get-based
\nEZ-10 column and other components are washed
\naway. The DNA is then eluted off the column and
\ncan be used for any downstream applications.<\/p>\n
The purification method used in these protocols
\ndoes not require use of phenol, chloroform, or CsCl.
\nThe DNA is purified without an additional step of
