Substitution of dUTP for dTTP in PCR results in uracil-containing PCR products that are suitable for most standard applications. The enzyme uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG, also known as UDG) can be added to a PCR premix to remove uracil from any contaminating PCR product, thus avoiding false positives. Each batch of dUTP is tested to ensure specific DNA amplification and absence of nuclease activity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6075,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"site-sidebar-layout":"default","site-content-layout":"","ast-site-content-layout":"default","site-content-style":"default","site-sidebar-style":"default","ast-global-header-display":"","ast-banner-title-visibility":"","ast-main-header-display":"","ast-hfb-above-header-display":"","ast-hfb-below-header-display":"","ast-hfb-mobile-header-display":"","site-post-title":"","ast-breadcrumbs-content":"","ast-featured-img":"","footer-sml-layout":"","theme-transparent-header-meta":"default","adv-header-id-meta":"","stick-header-meta":"","header-above-stick-meta":"","header-main-stick-meta":"","header-below-stick-meta":"","astra-migrate-meta-layouts":"default","ast-page-background-enabled":"default","ast-page-background-meta":{"desktop":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-4)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"tablet":{"background-color":"","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"mobile":{"background-color":"","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""}},"ast-content-background-meta":{"desktop":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-5)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"tablet":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-5)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""},"mobile":{"background-color":"var(--ast-global-color-5)","background-image":"","background-repeat":"repeat","background-position":"center center","background-size":"auto","background-attachment":"scroll","background-type":"","background-media":"","overlay-type":"","overlay-color":"","overlay-opacity":"","overlay-gradient":""}},"_joinchat":[]},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[154,221,151,157],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-9655","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-amplification","7":"product_cat-nucleic-acids","8":"product_cat-products","9":"product_cat-reagents","10":"pa_marca-smobio","11":"desktop-align-center","12":"tablet-align-left","13":"mobile-align-left","15":"first","16":"instock","17":"shipping-taxable","18":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/9655","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/product"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product\/9655\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/6075"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=9655"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"product_brand","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product_brand?post=9655"},{"taxonomy":"product_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product_cat?post=9655"},{"taxonomy":"product_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/gentechbio.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/product_tag?post=9655"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
