The high extension rate of DNA polymerase G-HiFi \u2122 is achieved by mixing the DNA polymerase with an elongation enhancer. The optimized 5X G-HiFi\u2122 buffer includes special ingredients that suppress non-specific amplification as well as the plateau effect produced by conventional PCR.
