The master mix contains all the components for PCR except for the templates and primers. This not only saves valuable time in the laboratory, but also reduces pipetting and reagent handling errors. The PCR master mix is supplied as a ready-to-use 5X \/ 2X concentrated mixture of Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl 2 (TP1120 contains MgSO 4), dNTP and enzyme stabilizer that enables efficient PCR template amplification and allows the user to prepare their PCR reactions conveniently. This product is supplied with a 6X DNA loading dye (blue) containing two follow up dyes (xylene cyanol FF and bromophenol blue) for post PCR analysis using agarose gel electrophoresis.
