The ExcelRT \u2122 One-Step RT-PCR kit provides the user with an alternative to time-consuming two-step processes (cDNA generation and first-strand amplification) through the use of a single mix, single-tube, one-step reaction. The ExcelRT \u2122 One-Step RT-PCR kit contains a 2X reaction premix consisting of an optimized buffer, dNTP, Mg 2+ <\/sup> and enzyme stabilizer, and a mixture of recombinant reverse transcriptase and Taq DNA polymerase. The ExcelRT \u2122 One-Step RT-PCR kit allows the user to complete the RT-PCR process using a thermal cycler in a single reaction setup. The ExcelRT \u2122 One-Step RT-PCR kit is capable of detecting even trace amounts of target RNA and is ideal for RNA amplification and analysis. <\/p>\n
