The kit uses real-time PCR technology for the detection and amplification of DNA regions belonging exclusively to cattle, pigs or ducks. The kit is a polymerase chain reaction method combined with TaqMan probes in a multiplex reaction. The real-time kit must contain the FAM channel for cattle, HEX for pigs and ROX for ducks. The kit also contains sample extraction buffer, so no additional nucleic acid extraction method is required. the kit can detect 0.1% bovine-derived components, 0.1% swine-derived components and 0.1% duck-derived components. The kit is compatible with the Bioer® Gene Pure automated nucleic cid extraction system and the Bioer® Quant gene series Real time PCR detection system or other similar series instruments from other companies.

This kit is used for the qualitative detection of bovine, porcine and duck nucleic acids (DNA) in various meat products.

[177,209

0":"post-9522","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_cat-applications","7":"product_cat-identification-of-meat-species","8":"pa_marca-bioer","9":"desktop-align-center","10":"tablet-align-left","11":"mobile-align-left","13":"first","14":"instock","15":"shipping-taxable","16":"product-type-simple
["GET
