EZ-10 Centrifuge Column Blood RNA Miniprep Kit: The EZ-10 Centrifuge Column Blood RNA Purification Kit provides a simple centrifuge column technique for the preparation of high quality, high purity, intact total RNA. The reagent contains disruptive and protective properties of guanidine isothiocyanate and \u03b2-mercaptoethanol to inactivate ribonucleases present in cell extracts. RNA in complete homogeneity is selectively absorbed on the centrifuge column and other impurities are washed away. Total RNA is eluted from the membrane in the presence of RNase-free water. With this kit, 5 to 15 \u03bcg of total RNA can be purified from 200 \u03bcl of anticoagulated blood sample.
