This kit provides a fast, inexpensive and simple method to isolate high molecular weight genomic DNA from different types of bacteria. DNA purification is carried out through a selective membrane called Biospin, which achieves pure DNA in less than an hour without the use of dangerous reagents such as phenol or chloroform.
